La histórica sede inicial se transformó en Laboratorio Juanola en 1940 bajo la dirección de Manuel Juanola Cervera, hijo del fundador. La sociedad, totalmente mecanizada y automatizada, y adecuada a las normas de fabricación (GMP) de productos farmacéuticos, realiza una producción diaria de unas 60.000 unidades de 6 grs. y 10.000 unidades de 30 grs., y cuenta con capacidad potencial de fabricación suficiente para abarcar futuros mercados. Desde hace muchos años es uno de los productos farmaceuticos (E.F.P.) más vendidos en España.
